Mortgage lenders is expected to use medium/ long term funds from the capital market so that it can offer mortgages with fixed interest rate for a long term. The bond issuance that is published is developed gradually starting from uncollateralized regular corporate bonds until collateralized bonds with underlying portfolio of mortgages, considering the legal aspect and financial accounting.
