The President Director of SMF, Ananta Wiyogo said that achieving the ISO 9001:2015 certification underscores SMF’s commitment as an entity that maintains the quality of its operational activities and transaction settlements, even in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it can meet the requirements set by world standards bodies.

“ISO certification is part of SMF’s commitment to meet the needs of stakeholders from customers, partners to shareholders by implementing standardized and quality quality. A well-known certification body in Indonesia, Sucofindo certified SMF in April 2021 with an ISO 9001:2015 certificate date which is valid from June 3, 2021. The certification was achieved by going through a series of analytical processes carried out by Sucofindo on operational activities and completion of transactions at SMF in accordance with the requirements in ISO 9001:2015.

The results of the analysis then become the basis for room improvement to improve work processes at SMF which have been tested well so that they meet the standards set by ISO 9001:2015.

Indeed, ISO 9001:2015 is a Quality Management System (QMS) standard for Quality Management System (QMS) which is a unit of various processes in planning, managing and regulating which aims to meet customer requirements (both internal and external).

Ananta is optimistic that with this certification, SMF can further optimize the quality of its services to stakeholders, which has been well maintained. This is in line with SMF’s business plan as a Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) of the Ministry of Finance in order to support the acceleration of National Economic Recovery (PEN), especially in the housing sector which is sustainable both in terms of supply and demand which is currently being affected by the pandemic.
