The commitment of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is to uphold the principle of Good Corporate Governance by banning all its elements from receiving gratuities of any kind, and to control gratuities continuously in every organizational process as it turns to Guidelines for Gratification Control that is made to show set of restrictions/ mechanisms and other things that is related to receive, give and request to gratification in the Company’s environment. The ratification of Guidelines for Gratification Control is of vital importance to create a good work ethics and behavior towards all LLC’S image that reflects professionalism and dignified.
Gratification Control of the Company is a rendition from UU No. 20 year 2001 regarding Eradication of Corruption, Regulation of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number Per-01/MBU/2011 dated August 1 2011 regarding the implementation of Good Corporate Governance to State Owned Enterprise, UU No. 40 year 2007 regarding Limited Liability Company, Regulation in the field of Capital Market, the Company’s articles of association, Vision and Mission and the Company’s cultural values.
The implementation for Gratification Control will be done consistently and is mandatory, supported with full commitment starting from Board of Directors to lowest level employees. This implementation had established a reward and punishment system developed by the Company for the work unit and individual employees.
