Jakarta 18 October 2019 – PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) or PNM together with PT Sarana Multigriya Financial (Persero) or SMF, arranged a memorandum of understanding / Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) related to financial assistance and assistance for PNM related in various parts of Indonesia.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by PNM’s Managing Director Arief Mulyadi, and SMF’s Managing Director, Ananta Wiyogo at Menara Taspen on Friday (18/10). PNM’s Managing Director, Arief Mulyadi, said that this collaboration was a re-actualization of the development of each potential for each of them to improve their functions as development agents as well as value-creating agents carried out by both entities.

warmly welcome the synergy that is established through this collaboration. He hopes to remember this can run smoothly, also inspire other SOEs to be able to work together with the SMF.
PNM fostered MSMEs, such as the Micro Capital Service Unit (UlaMM) and Fostering a Prosperous Family Economy (Mekaar)), said Ananta.
Ananta further said that this collaboration was a form of SMF’s commitment as a BUMN under the Ministry of Finance, which assumed the task of the Government as a Special Mission Vehicle (SMV) to build and develop the Secondary Housing Financing Market in Indonesia.
The signing of this MoU is a tangible manifestation of the synergy cooperation between SOEs aimed at developing the business sector of SOEs, where SMF provides medium / long-term funding facilities related to Home Ownership Loans (KPR) specifically for PNM employees who are currently discussing 37,699 and distributed in throughout Indonesia .
Through this collaboration PNM is improving employee welfare through decent and affordable housing. In addition, in the future PNM will also use it to develop business management services and partnerships for MSMEs.
