SMF is ready to optimize the implementation of Good Corporate Goverance (GCG) at every level of the organization and its operational activities. The implementation of good GCG principles is considered to be able to make a real contribution, both to business activities and to improve the Company’s good and healthy performance.
“To measure the implementation and implementation of GCG that has been carried out, at the end of each year SMF always conducts an assessment assisted by an independent assessor. Alhamdulillah, from year to year the results of the GCG assessment by SMF continued to get better until they received an assessment in the ‘very good’ category, “said Director of SMF Ananta Wiyogo in a consignment of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Discussion with the Directorate General of Separated State Assets (DJKN) of the Ministry of Finance and Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), on 21-22 December 2020, in Sentul, Bogor.
The activity that took place online face-to-face with the health protocol was attended by the Deputy for State Accountants, BPKP, Sally Salamah, Director of Financial Services Business Entity Supervision, Assessment & Manufacturing Services BPKP and staff, Ersi Soenarsih, President Commissioner of SMF, Nufransa Wira Sakti, along with The Board of Commissioners, the Head of the Sub-Directorate for State Wealth separated by II, the Ministry of Finance, Muhammad Nahdi, along with the ranks, the SMF Directors, the SMF GCG Committee, and the SMF GCG Team.
This activity is part of SMF’s commitment to carrying out its obligations in accordance with the Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) No.88 / PMK.06 / 2015 concerning Good Corporate Governance, as well as the Decree of the Minister of Finance (KMK) No.505 concerning Guidelines for Assessment and Evaluation of Implementation of Good Corporate Governance in Companies Under the Guidance and Supervision of the Minister of Finance.
Related to this, on the same occasion the Deputy for State Accountants, BPKP, Sally Salamah, revealed that BPKP is optimistic that the implementation of GCG in SMF will run well and be easy to do, considering that SMF is managed by good and competent personnel in their fields.
